Guarantee Certificate

The original Christiana Kafa guarantee certificate, provided with every purchase, is required for all jewelry services.

Assessment

All repairs are subject to assessment. If additional work is required beyond what was initially discussed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Service Time

Services are completed within 10 working days from the receipt of your piece. During high season, service times may be extended depending on the volume of requests and the service required.

Shipping

Please ensure your jewelry is securely packaged when sending it to us. Return shipping will be arranged once your repair is complete.
